View A Record

Last Update :

The member info page gives admins a complete, read-only overview of a single member – their details plus all the related activity and history tied to their record. You reach it from the Member Database list by clicking the View icon next to a member's name.

Viewing a record requires Member Database access. If a member's own security level is higher than yours, the Edit button is hidden, and some admins (such as project chairs opening a record in read-only mode) will see the information without the action links.

How the page is organized

The record opens with an identity banner at the top summarizing the member's status, member type, and paid-through/expiration date, followed by a row of action buttons. Below that, the record is divided into tabs – click a tab to view that section. The Member Info tab is shown first.

Which tabs appear depends on your organization's configuration and on whether the member actually has data of that kind, so a given record may show only a few of the tabs listed below.

Action buttons

  • Edit – Opens the editable version of the record to make changes.
  • CRM – Opens the member's contacts, admin reminders, and drip messages (where the CRM feature is enabled).
  • Member Engagement AI – Opens an AI-generated engagement summary for the member (where enabled).
  • Print Version – Reopens the record in a printer-friendly layout with all sections shown at once (no tabs).

Tabs

  • Member Info (always shown) – The core record: name, member number, employer/position, addresses, phone numbers, email(s), join date, board info, business categories, profile photo, and custom fields, as configured for your organization.
  • Billing – The member's financial ledger: invoices, payments, and credits with dates, amounts, and status, each linking to the invoice detail. Renewal and non-dues items are flagged, and (where permitted) there are links to edit billing or add a non-dues invoice.
  • Event Registrations – The events the member has registered for, with the event name, date, whether they attended, and a link to the related billing.
  • Cross Reference (if enabled) – The member's parent record and any linked child/family records, with links to jump to those records or add a new one.
  • Contacts – Logged contacts and admin reminders/follow-ups for the member, with a link out to manage them in the CRM.
  • Certifications / Waivers / Forms / Proposals – Each appears when the member has records of that type, listing items with their dates, status, and links to the detail.
  • Attendance / Tour Check-Ins – Attendance history with hours earned, and tour check-in records, where those features are in use.
  • Store – The member's store purchases, with transaction dates, amounts, and order links.
  • Subgroup Members (if the member belongs to a subgroup) – The other active members in the same subgroup, each linking to their own record.
  • Directory Hits / Engagement Report / Course Data / Vehicles / Sport Achievements – Additional tabs that appear for organizations using those features.

Navigating between records

Links within the Cross Reference and Subgroup Members tabs let you jump straight to a related member's info page. There's no next/previous control on this page itself – return to the Member Database list to pick another member.
