In order to send multipost messages to a Facebook Page, you must link a Facebook Page to your Facebook account by clicking on the "Like" button for that page AND becoming an admin for that page. If you did not create the page, then you will need to contact a current a person who is currently an admin for that Facebook Page and have them add you as an admin.
 
Once you have become and admin and have "Liked" the Facebook Page, re-link your Facebook account by going to the Multipost screen and "Click to add/update your link to Facebook". Once you have completed re-linking your Facebook account you will be able to select a specific Facebook Page as a multipost destination to post to.
