Marketplace Items

As a chamber manager, you have the ability to advertise or post marketplace items such as products and services. On top of the marketplace items added by your members, your items will be shown as coming from the chamber itself.

To add a marketplace item, go to Hub -> Marketplace Items.

In this page, you will see all the items that you've added and this is where you can manage them.

Toolbar

• Add New Item - Adds a new marketplace item
• Sold Out Displays - Lists all Sold Out Displays (Deprecated)
• Active Items - Lists all Active or publicly displayed items
• Hidden Items - Lists all inactive or hidden items
• Deleted Items - Lists all delete items

Item Table

• Photo - Image representing the item in the marketplace
• Date Added
• Number - The ID# of the item in the marketplace
• Title - The name of the item
• Price - Displayed price of the item
• Quantity (Deprecated)
• Search Engine Requests - Count of exposure or request from search
• Clicks - Actual clicks or views recorded for the item
• Order (Deprecated)

Notes:

• Marketplace items added by the chamber admin cannot be purchased even if price is added. The price is for display only. If you need to allow online purchase of the item, there is a field when adding an item called "Use External Url". This will give you the opportunity to redirect the user to where a purchase can be done (e.g. MMS Product Page).
• Only the marketplace items added by the chamber will be displayed in this page. Items added by members can only be managed through the business' member dashboard.
