Finance Dashboard

Last Update :  August 2026

The Finance Dashboard (also called the Renewals Dashboard) gives you an at-a-glance picture of your membership billing — how many members are active, how much money is owed to you, who is coming up for renewal, and how this month’s revenue compares to last year. It is the natural starting point each time you sit down to work on renewals, with one-click access to your most-used reports and billing tasks.

How To Get There

From the Admin Menu on the left, click Finance Dashboard. (You will need administrator access to your organization’s billing area.)

The auto-renewal status banner

A colored banner across the top tells you whether the system is creating renewal invoices for you automatically:

  • Auto-Renew: ON — Renewal invoices are being created on a schedule. The banner shows when it last ran, how many invoices were created, and whether any members were skipped, with a link to the full run history.
  • Auto-Renew: OFF — You are in manual mode and will create renewal invoices yourself using Creating Renewal Invoices.

Watch for red If the last automatic run ran into a problem, the banner highlights it in red — your cue to review the run history.

The Summer Cards

Each card shows one key number, with a colored footer that turns green, yellow, or red so you can read the dashboard’s health at a glance.

  1. Active Members - How many members are currently active, plus the change since last month. Click it to open your full member list.
  2. Outstanding Invoices - The total dollars owed and how many invoices are unpaid. Click it for a detailed list — member name, invoice number, statement date, and amount due — with a link to each member’s billing record.
  3. Expiring Members - How many memberships are set to expire within your renewal window. Your early warning to send renewal notices.
  4. Revenue This Month - How much you have received so far this month, compared with the same point last year.

Color coding Green footers mean a positive trend, yellow means keep an eye on it, and red flags a number moving the wrong way.

Rearranging Your Dashboard

Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner to open the layout editor, where you can drag cards and charts to reposition them, resize widgets and adjust columns, hide widgets you don’t use, and save your layout.

Your layout is personal Your saved arrangement applies to your own login. If you ever want to start fresh, the dashboard always has a default layout to fall back on.

Tips for everyday use

  • Start each renewal session here so you immediately see what is outstanding and who is expiring.
  • Click through the Outstanding Invoices card when you want to chase unpaid amounts — it takes you straight to the list.
  • If the status banner is yellow, remember renewals will not go out on their own — head to Creating Renewal Invoices.
  • Use the trend chart’s 5 Years or 10 Years view for the big-picture story at a board meeting.
