Three tools work together to handle your membership renewals from start to finish — the Finance Dashboard keeps an eye on the big picture, Creating Renewal Invoices sends out a batch of bills when members are due, and the Invoice Builder controls how those bills look. This page explains what each one does and how they fit together, so you know which tool to reach for.

Finance Dashboard

Your billing home base. See active members, money owed, who’s expiring next, and revenue trends — with one-click access to common reports and tasks. Use it to keep an eye on results.

Creating Renewal Invoices

Bill a whole group of members at once when their memberships are coming up for renewal, with a live preview before you commit. Use it to send renewals.

Invoice Builder

Design how your invoices look and read — logo, wording, and the position of each element. Use it to set up the look of your bills.

How they fit together

A typical renewal cycle flows through all three:

1. Design your invoice once

Start in the Invoice Builder so every renewal notice carries your logo and your wording. You usually only do this once (and tweak it occasionally), not every cycle.

2. Send renewals in a batch

When a group of members is due, use Create Renewal Invoices to bill them all at once. The invoices it produces automatically use the design you set up in the Invoice Builder.

3. Track the results

Watch the Finance Dashboard to see what’s been paid, what’s still outstanding, and who’s expiring next — then chase unpaid invoices or kick off the next batch right from there.
