Members Area vs Public Website
The websites we develop are built around two different areas, the member's area and the public website. The public website is the part of the website that the general public sees. The member's area is the part of the website that members see after logging in. All of the association management tools (admin tools) are accessed via the members area (for members/users that have administrative privileges)

Software-as-a-Service
Our software is an example of software-as-a-service. While many software packages are purchased outright and installed, our product is purchased as a subscription on a monthly basis. This service includes website hosting, data backup, and ongoing service that we provide to our users.
