The Calendar of Events feature is one of the most frequently used features in the MMS. The primary purpose is to allow an organization to keep updated content for their website content feeds and system generated calendars. The calendar also allows you to send invitations and track a member's attendance to these events; but does not allow for people to fill out a registration form or pay any attendance fees. For more information on that, please see section 7: Event Registration.

Several system generated calendars can be found by navigating to the System Links page found in Configuration > Reports > System Links > 4. Calendar of Events and Event Registration.
