Volunteer Module

Company A is having a Chili Cookoff and wants to create a volunteer session to sign people up to help.  Within this event, they have numerous things they need help with.  They will need people to man the ticket desks, others to help with food prep, others to act a security, etc.

A volunteer session must first be created, Chili Cookoff Volunteers.  Once that is created, they will start adding volunteering opportunities.  In the instance above, we will enter opportunities for 'Ticket Desk', 'Food Prep', and 'Security', along with others that need to be filled.

Within each opportunity, we then need to create time slots for the volunteers to sign up for.  If the event is long, you may have several shifts you need to cover.  In the example above, we need to get volunteers to man the ticket desks all day, but we need 2 shifts of volunteers.  In this case, we create 2 time slots within the ticket desk opportunity and volunteers can sign up for either or both.
