This is the date that the volunteering sessions ends - if it is a single day event, this field can be left blank
Cutoff Date :
The session will display on the calendar until the start and end dates have both passed. To make it fall off earlier, you can use the cutoff date field. This can be left blank if you are not using it.
Volunteer Coordinator :
This is a list of members in your organization that you can select from to make someone a volunteer coordinator. When someone is made a volunteer coordinator, they gain admin rights to the volunteer session (but only ones they are coordinator for). They are able to change the volunteer session and opportunities, and also add and remove members.
Description :
This is the description for the overall session and will display in areas where the member is viewing information about the session.
