News Manager/Press Releases

News Manager - designed to publish news about your organization .  Using this module you can create a list of news items to be presented on your website.  Each news item can be linked to further details you enter, a separate document within the file archive, or a link to a page anywhere on the web.  On your website, these news items can be presented as a list, within a scrolling news box, from an RSS news feed as well.

Press Releases - designed to publish news  from your members.  Members can log-in to the members area and submit their press release.  An email is then sent to the press release editor email address (set within MMS Configuration), at this point the editor can accept or reject the press release.  If accepted, it will then be posted on the website.  ( Ask us about the different presentation methods that can be used to post press releases on your website.)
